    Thanks for the replies. I might not have been clear on my original question. I do appreciate that I should have taken care of lowering pH before shocking, but the delorean is in the shop so I'm wondering what, if anything, I should do about elevated pH at this point?

    I am SLAMing - that's why I raised the FC to 14 which is appropriate for my relatively low CYA as per the chart you linked.. My ph was 7.7 before I added the Calcium Hypochlorite.
