    I'm inclined to agree with James; most likely improper / insufficient start up of new plaster. It looks to me like it was just a few spots that didn't get brushed / maintained as well as others.

    CYA test isn't reliable at 100+, unless you conduct a diluted test. Your CYA might be 100, 150, or 300. Do a diluted test, if possible or Replace 25+% and retest.     Dumping CYA directly solid/granuals on plaster can stain it; there are several old TFP threads on this. Always use a "sock".
