FAS/DPD Test at high Slam levels

Thx. My situation is that I have a very clear pool but was failing the overnight test by a little and wanted to be better safe than sorry. So I slammed on the side of caution. Was also trying to rule out a faulty SWCG because it can’t seem to hold the recommended FC. Do I need to just accept...

FAS/DPD Test at high Slam levels

If I determine I’m in the clear, pun intended, is there a good way to decrease the FC level faster than waiting 24-48 hours to swim again?

SWCG Run time and % - North Texas

Thx for feedback. Makes sense. I Don’t have a variable speed pump so it’s not running all day. That obviously is a big factor. I also use the drop test for salt and that is at 3400.

SWCG Run time and % - North Texas

I’m curious what others do for daily runtime and % for their SWCG in North Texas or other similar areas. What level of FC are you maintaining with those settings and what salt level? Thank you.

Problems - First round with TFT kit

I’ve been battling the ph, I believe from being a new plaster pool. That and quite a bit of activity in the pool. It is possible it’s a slight reading error. I was also confused how the CH dropped 100. I’m going to retest in a couple hours.

Pool was full on the morning of Jan 10. Been brushing per schedule and weather has delayed a few things. Electric should be fixed tomorrow and we can get the in-floor going. That pump wasn’t getting electricity. Lights and fan up tomorrow. Looking forward to the heater soon.

Another New Pool in Frisco, TX

We are almost done and will be adding water on Wed. We went with a salt system and we also went with in-floor cleaning based on others we know that have it and we have been in their pools often. It’s worked great for them. We are also in Frisco.

Happy to report the PB didn't blink and said they will fix it. Our salesman did remember that we wanted the larger one. Things like this make you definitely feel like you picked the right builders. Deck starting today! No more dog run. Time to get out the leashes.

First real issue.... So we are trucking along and they installed the granite in our kitchen area. Looks great except I noticed the spot for the refrigerator looks too narrow. It was 100% clear during our visits to the pool company that we wanted the 24” wide 5.2 cubic ft unit. It sits in a...
