I see that the pump is running. It makes sound but I don't see any water through the pop-ups or water being circulated. How do you tell if the pump is gone?

What speed is your pump running at? Some in floor cleaning systems need higher rpms.
Also, is the flow light on for the SWCG?
Do you have any wall returns that you can feel for flow?
Do you have pressure on your filter?
The IntelliFlo VSP pump is very reliable, and if you hear it is running then it may just be a speed issue.
Also, turn the pump off, open the top and clean the filter basket. Then put the top on and restart the pump. Do you see it prime and start the flow?

A couple of things to check.
Any water in your pump basket.
Check you skimmer weir door for proper water level and operation.
Whats the psi on you filter?
When is the last time you backed washed or cleaned the filter?
