As you can see from my logs, trying to get my TA down to prep for borates. If I read everything right, I want my TA to be 70-80 and then add the borates right? I got the granular stuff from Dudadiesel. I'm down to 7.0 PH and am aerating using a utility pump and hose.
Additionally, why doesn't my pool math app log the CSI? It has no checkmark or ability to save it when I enter water temp and borates. Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have Tracking Water Temperature, Borates, and CSI ON in the Settings? I assume you are using the Premium (paid) version of the app.

There is no real reason you need to lower the TA. Thought it is faster to achieve before adding borates.

Track CSI is on in my settings. So I can add and then just gradually bring down TA? Thanks.

So from reading the above, you can't keep a history of CSI readings? I have Track CSI enabled but nothing shows that I can see other than when I specifically check it, it doesn't show in my logs.

It will.

You need to have "Track CSI" enabled and "Track Temperature" enabled. You must have at least one temperature reading recorded in the logs. The CURRENT CSI, to be accurate in your log, must have a current pool temperature logged, otherwise it uses the last temperature logged (which may be inaccurate, hence your CSI will be inaccurate without a current temperature logged).
