Is my pool light properly bonded?

I believe all bonding wires are to be solid 8 awg or larger.
It's not a bond wire, it is a supplemental ground.
Check to make sure you are not connecting the bonded equipment to any electrical grounds. Ground circuits and bonding should not connect.
Bonds and grounds are not intentionally connected, but they will connect in multiple places where a piece of equipment is both bonded and grounded.

Pump motors, light niches, subpanels, SWGs etc. are all bonded and grounded, which means that the bonding and grounding system are connected through the chassis of all bonded and grounded equipment.

The light niche is bonded and grounded.

You really can't avoid it, and it is not a problem.

(b) Nonmetallic Conduit. Where a nonmetallic conduit is used, an 8 AWG insulated solid or stranded copper bonding jumper shall be installed in this conduit unless a listed low-voltage lighting system not requiring grounding is used.

The bonding jumper shall be terminated in the forming shell, junction box or transformer enclosure, or ground fault circuit-interrupter enclosure.

The termination of the 8 AWG bonding jumper in the forming shell shall be covered with, or encapsulated in, a listed potting compound to protect the connection from the possible deteriorating effect of pool water.
