I was afraid something like this could happen so I ended up choosing not to do any touch of glass and ordered 3 bags of the PR blend glass trying to make it idiot proof. I did not want to leave a recipe up to the subs. We will see what happens when they do my plaster. I am really sorry you did not get what you had ordered and envisioned. They only would hand cast and put nothing in the mix? I, like you, think that perhaps they did not use 100 lbs of glass in that case . That is the opposite of what mine will do , they will not hand cast any at all. I was disappointed. I hope it grows on you , I am sure it's beautiful.

800 is not steep when a medium size pool nowadays with plaster cost close to 70k if not more.

Which is more expensive, micro or mini? (with no extra’s like abalone or glass)
That is what I was thinking. In your opinion, is the mini too rough?
It is rougher than micro but these are all opinions. I suggest to customers to actually feel the finish of the size aggregate from the company that is hired to apply the product.
