Sounds like you need to get a SLAM going asap. Click on the link that Allen provided up above and follow the steps. In the future I would recommend testing your water more frequently so your free chlorine level doesn't drop below your target. Good luck and post back to let us know how you're doing.

With a SWG you can drain and lower your CYA level, do the SLAM Process, then add stabilizer; or SLAM at your current CYA level.
