We're at a hotel in San Diego. I know I've been spoiled by my TFP pool and i know many pools may be a bit more cloudy but this hotel pool is on another level. You can barely see the 3rd step. The floor on the 5ft deep end is not visible at all. Grossss. Definitely not swimming in this thing.

We went to Walmart and i joked about buying some liquid chlorine to SLAM it. Though I was only kind of kidding. They clearly need some help maintaining it.

I saw pics of my cousins pool recently and I was like oh no! My sister was in the pool in the shallow end and I couldn’t see her feet.

Lando Calrissian May as well live there because it was Cloud City!

I went to Great Wolf Lodge with the kids this past weekend. Specifically went because they wanted to go to the waterpark. It was soooooooooooo bad. It is indoors and I choked on chlorine smell when I went in there. After two days my daughter was complaining about a sore throat. 🤮

At least my kids know that the smell is from all the work that the chlorine is doing.

After our house fire, my late husband encouraged me to relax at the hotel pool. It was as gross as pictured here and people were swimming in it. I'll pass. I don't like to go in pools that isn't mine. It better be crystal clear for me to even consider it.
 
Don't care the hotel, never!!! Too many transient folks that have no interest in who comes behind them. Years ago we were sitting around a hotel pool that was cloudy, and there was a dark area in the corner. Some folks came up to swim and before getting in they got the hook off the the fence and fished. It was a fully pooped disposable diaper someone had left at changing their kid by discarding into the pool!
