completed a slam last week. Water is now Crystal clear. I’ve got really fine did algee on the bottom of the pool. When I vacuumd through the filter within three or four hours it’s back on the bottom again. Not as bad but it continues to happen. Should I vacuum to waste? thanks

It sounds like you didn't complete your SLAM. If you're getting new, dead algae then you must still have some new, live algae as well.
Clear water means no more dead algae on the pool floor.
