Biggest issue with seasonAl work is keeping tried and trusted employees. Pool tech hourly wages are more in this industry than comparable seasonal jobs because we have topsy them premium wages then hope they return next summer.

Don’t fret … the wife is a highly (over-)educated professional who owns her own LLC and her and her partners run into the exact same issues as the trades businesses - maintain the business on your own personal time, pay out LOTS of money to lawyers and accountants for filing the required monthly regulatory paperwork, find employees that won’t jump ship the second someone else offers them $1 more an hour, sleepless nights wondering how to stay afloat, “customers” that complain when you don’t answer their calls immediately, etc, etc.

That’s why I chose to make my money the old fashion way …. and why I’m now under the watchful eye of the WITSEC program ….

At least you are going to put some effort into it, unlike most of the crypto.

As for buying a compressor..... I don't know how one can live without at least two of them, a bigun and a little portable one.....Go get it. Super handy.
