Ok, so I’ve done everything I can think of in regards to return line bubbles. I know this indicates suction side air getting in. I’ve changed gaskets on actuator valves, used foam test around connections, isolated main drain and skimmer with manual valve, cleaned filters etcetera. This morning I noticed a tiny hairline crack in the outlet tube just past the basket after water comes
In from the pool. This is not on the pvc pipe thats threaded to it, it’s actually a part of the pump right after the basket.

Could this be the cause of my air bubbles? Either I need to get a new pump or put some silicone caulking.

leaks before the impellor are suction side and will draw air in. Cracks or leaks after the impellor are pressure side and will leak water but not draw in air. I can't tell from your description exactly where that crack is located.

After further investigation and looking at a pentair intelliflow pump on the google, I didn’t realize that a threaded pvc joint goes in to the pump. The small hairline crack is in the pvc pipe right where it connects
