SF Bay area (silicon valley)
Hi all,

We had a power outage when the atmospheric river hit the SF bay area two weeks ago.
Since then I noticed that the pump was running in odd hours. I checked it out today and the time is seriously off. I first power cycled easytouch and then updated the time settings using slconfig on an iphone. I'll know tomorrow if this sorted out the schedule not running at the right time, but I suspect it will.

The power outage lasted about 4 hours.

My equipment predates my home ownership so I don't know how old the panel is but I suspect 5 years or maybe even more.

Is there a battery that needs to be replaced on the panel for time and date? I haven't opened up the panel yet to look for it figured I would start with some collective advice.

I ran the skimmer and took a pic today. It's 63 in the pool right now but the day is lovely in the sun. Love that TFP water clarity (it's ten ft deep at that end of the pool). I need to run my robot, got some pine needles in the water from the winds last week. I use automatic cover on my pool.

My puppy looks like she wants to jump in...

I believe there is a button battery on the backside of the control panel. Drop it down to replace it.

Yes. Take the two screws off at the top of the control pad panel and you should be able to bend the panel forward and see the back of the membrane control board. There’s should be a 3V style car keyfob battery on the panel to keep the EEPROM energized.
