Aquabright pool-scratched ledge repair question

Hi there. Have had my Aquabright finish pool now since Nov 2019. So easy to maintain and beautiful. Very happy with it. I do however have a couple of scratches I noticed on the sun ledge. I’m sure they were caused by the Ledgelounger chairs being moved around by the pool cleaning company, probably had a small pebble or something from the deck caught under and then scratched it when they moved them.....
I am sure I need to have that repaired vs just leaving alone. Not noticeable to anyone else but I know they are there.
Who here has ever done a repair like that? I have the company that did the install coming out in a few weeks but I’d like to educate myself before they arrive.
Thoughts, experiences, suggestions appreciated!! B3699BD4-DACF-441F-B45F-088E069C24F2.jpeg

I have no direct experience with it but followed a couple of builds that did use it and know an installers that has since sold his equipment. It is said to be VERY easy to fix! Drain water to uncover the area needing work then heat up the flame thrower/heater. Once it gets hot enough they will just smooth it over and call it done!

That’s what I thought. They are coming in a couple of weeks to look at it. I’m planning on having it drained to just below that level and dry for when they arrive. Thank you.

Hi - I know this is an older thread, but I think I may have used the same installer as you. Wondering how much they charged for a small fix? I’ve had mine two years and have a few imperfections that I’d like to fix at some point. Thanks!

Funny you ask this. I can’t get the installer to respond. Quite disappointed in the complete lack of follow up. Where is your pool and who did you use? Curious as to what kind of imperfections you have. Since I posted this I have found a few other places like that. It is something that their install warranty should cover.
