In ground vinyl pool deck drainage help

New pool and the deck and on the house side I am getting a water dam build up against the wall of the deck. Most of it is shedding from pool deck and some is from a down spout. It eventually over flows over the deck and runs to the drainage side of the retaining wall. The hole rear wall has multiple French drains.

First question is this enough water to flow under pool deck and wash out bottom? I am very worried about this being a brand new pool. Water is not rushing to this spot but rather collecting. Once rains stops it drains dry in about 15 min. Second question does anyone have any good fix suggestions?
