Extra slackin liner

Help 😩😩😩27x54 jhook liner was installed a few weeks ago. I was told the air bubble/extra slack would smooth out as pool filled and it has not. At this point I’m at a loss. I believe the jhook liner was not installed correctly stretched on sides and left extra on side pictured. What are my options from here? Yes, it’s green 😣 just got pump and electrical installed

Was this a "professional install? There is really not much you can do because the skimmer and return was already cut. But ghesh... that looks like :poop:
 
Hi, welcome to TFP! I would contact the installer and tell them this liner is unacceptable. They did not set the liner before they cut in the return and skimmer. They should have set the liner with a vacuum so it was tight to the walls all the way around, then started filling the pool. Did they monitor the pool fill at all? How full was the pool when they cut the return and skimmer?
