Our First Pool

Day 2 complete! Another few hours cleaning up after they left. Digging is complete but they need to haul away at least one more truckload (which means more mess in the front and side).
Will post another time lapse as soon as I get myself cleaned up.

Kim the PB brought over the guy who does the steel work to check measurements while excavation was ongoing. You can see glimpses of them in the time lapse.

A friend just gave me a
POLARIS P965IQ .
It has a trouble code though
Brand new controller and motor and brand new cable (I have to install) . I will hunt around online to see what info I can find to get it working.
Cosmetically in very good shape.
Worth a shot

Kim i may have fixed it. With some help from youtube I pulled it all apart, switched the control cable and checked all the moving parts. I get the “out of the pool” error now. I may stick it in the tub and try it out. Looks promising!!

They picked up one more truckload of earth which means they made a mess again. I believe this is it for excavation.
This phase cant end soon enough!

Tomorrow steel gets delivered.74F25C3C-3626-4257-8920-60AA731C552A.jpeg415B8926-A0E7-4D85-B6FA-99D112C1F4CE.jpeg
Before and after my cleanup efforts.

Steel is SO exciting! You get to see the bones of the pool. Just a heads up. They don't always make the steps and such out of steel. SOme do and some don't so don't panic if it is missing. I would ask to make sure but at least you will know it is okay if they say they will form it a shell time.

I will get my time lapse edited and post. Sorry between remodeling/pool/holidays it has been so busy.
I just popped in and saw the notification which reminded me about my thread.
