Help me identify replacement options

I have a several year old Hayward Tristar pump that died on me while out of town (because of course it would). I can't find any model numbers that match up online but it looks like a 2HP, single speed pump. Here are pics of relevant info:

It'd be great to know what the Hayward pump that directly corresponds to this one (just so I don't mess it up), and look at VS alternatives from there so I can stop the green invasion in my pool. Thanks for any help in advance!
 
Welcome to the forum!

Add liquid chlorine now and use the brush to mix it in. Add at least 5 ppm FC worth each day until your pump is fixed.

Lots of options for just replacing your motor with a two speed or VS motor or replacing the entire pump.

If you fill out your signature with your pool specs, etc, we can help guide you better.
 
Thanks for the quick response Marty. I've added the info I have off of the top of my head to my signature.

Added chlorine to the pool and brushed it around. Also set my waterfall to run for a couple of hours, as well as run one of those scrubbers (Dolphin maybe)...figured agitating the water for a bit might help spread the chlorine around.

Additional info that may be helpful: I came home to find the pump not working after being out of town for a week (the pool had already become pretty bad). The breaker had not tripped, but the wire from the pump to the timer had burned up so the working hypothesis is the pump was really pulling on the electric before it finally gave up the ghost. Basically I know it's the pump, just not sure if that narrows it down to just replacing the motor or replacing the entire pump. Honestly speed would probably be my primary concern rather than cost if the motor was difficult to locate...and I'd hate to buy a motor only to find out I needed to replace the entire pump.

Take the info off the motor and pump and contact Inyopools tomorrow. They can give you the options of a two speed or VS motor versus a complete pump. Appears your current motor is 220V so that is good.
 
The current pump had the whole "power end" replaced at some point (probably in 2010).

The power end is the motor, seal plate, impeller and diffuser.

The motor was made August 3 2009. The power end was assembled in September 2009.
