Skimmers not sucking good, strainer not full of water

Hey, this morning i came to my pool and i saw watter level dropped down, skimmer baskets floating (no suction) and water was not moving in strainer. I released air from the filter, but strainer is still not full of water, skimmers not sucking good and flow rate and pressure is too low.
Any ideas what to do?

Check the pump basket lid. Be sure the gasket is well lubricated, surface clean, and then securely close the lid.
 
No idea. It should not matter. Though typically it is easier to prime from just the skimmer.
