Pool Math........The App

Ok, I've adjusted my values... I was estimating halfway when I wasn't sure, but I subtracted the last drop. Just did both again with
FC 4.0
pH 7.9
TA 110
CH 240
CYA 20
Temp 63

PoolMath Site = 0.27
PoolMath App = 0.18

Not sure why this is... I'm using 20,600 as size and plaster/bleach set up. I have 0 for salt and borate in the website and no entries in the app. The only difference is that the app is tracking weather. What could I be doing wrong??
 
If I may ask, can you please hit F5 on your PoolMath webpage to refresh?

As you likely know all forms of chlorine add salt. Salt is a minor player in the calculation of CSI and some number had to be inputted into the formula for things to work. Years ago TFP used zero for the default salt level however we updated that to 1000 for a more realistic level thus giving you a more accurate CSI level. Once you hit F5 on the webpage things will match.
 
Also my gut says you’re gonna end up with the App saying 0.18 while the webpage saying 0.19. This is due to rounding differently and will have zero effect on your pool.

Delete the value in salt. Then go to settings and deselect Tracking Salt. You should still get the 0.27
 
Also as a suggestion, hit F5 to refresh your webpage version. It’ll update to match the math besides the rounding, but that’s a very minor issue.
 
At the top of the screen next to your pool name is a box with arrow in it. That lets you share the screen.

Awesome! I completely neglected that option. Thanks for pointing that out! It works like intended.
 
I can't seem to get readings to "stay". If I touch one of the squares, like FC, it takes me to input a reading and get what I need to do but the reading never displays on the main screen after touching the check mark. This is using the Android version if that matters.
