Seller says they no longer live at a house with a pool. It is a gamble, yes. Just wanted to get the opinion of everyone if that price was good enough to take on the risk.

Draining two-thirds should get you in the 40-50 neighborhood. One third would get you to 80-90.

I can get a used Dolphin S200 that was used for one season for $360. I know the warranty doesn't transfer and that's my hold-up.. Should I pull the trigger? I have an old pool with only suction cleaner availability sharing the skimmer.

First time poster here. I'm currently midway through a SLAM on my pool with an FC target of 20 and testing multiple times a day. I have a Taylor K2006 test kit. Right now I'm testing FC with a 10ml pool water sample and each drop indicates 0.5ppm FC. Has anyone further reduced this to a 5ml...
