    Thanks, you're right. By my calculation, pool volume should be ~37,500 gallons. It looks like he entered incorrect pool depth, not the 9' depth. We would need IC-60 for salt system as you point out. I will definitely need to call home owners insurance if the diving board going to be too...

    New gunite pool build in Colorado. Crazy expensive.

    That is just a pool cost along with the coping and equipment, with plain concrete coping, white plaster, not Hydrazzo or other fancier finishes.Price does not include deck. I would love to also do fire pit and new patio patio cover but that’s gonna have to be phase Given these prices!

    Just getting started on planning a 20 x 40’ rectangular gunite/shotcrete pool, diving depth 8 1/2 feet, with spa in the Denver area. The first 2 estimates are crazy! $160,000 and $227,000! Hopefully the next estimates are more reasonable. Jeez. Colorado is always expensive but this is just nuts.
