I just had a concrete pool installed. I am loosing water at skimmers. I narrowed it down to the holes on the inside opening of the skimmer. I think my installer (retired guy, offers no warranty) installed the skimmers with the frame / face plate attached, and made it flush with the pool...

That's good advice. I'm looking into building a pool, but I cannot find a single sub to start with, unfortunately. And no pool store/builders will share their names with me of who they use.
