    That is frustrating. Mine does the same thing but I have had it three years. I have found "most" of the time it is debri or hair but it surely seems to do it when there is nothing impeding the impeller.

    yea, i have a 400k heater. line is ~50' to meter and someone here told me with my WC at 7 a 1" pipe was way too small.

    thanks. are you asking about the frame or what I am planning to finish it with. frame is from bbqcoach.com i am probably going to use a chocolate lueders on the counter and a stack stone on the facing with stucco on the backside.
