It looks like the bowl with the flap screws into the part that is cemented in - guess I was wondering if removed the outer screws in the pic of the flap would that insert just lift out?

I have an in-ground spa attached to my pool with dual drains. The covers have broken and I need to replace. Am I now required to replace with anti-entrapment covers? If not any ideas the make/model of the attached cover pic? Thanks.

Correct. - - - Updated - - - Spa returns. I think in that position (middle) you get some flow to the spa jets in pool mode to have the water spill over. In spa mode it moves to the right for full flow to the jets. Am assuming full left is no flow to the jets.
