A follow-up to the original problem: I took a water sample to the pool store and saw that I had 1.1 CC. I SLAMed the pool and everything's been working since. The phosphate level is still at 350 so that was never the problem.

Yep, all FC numbers were generated with the Taylor K2006 kit. I'll note that when I added the initial 450 pounds of salt that I failed to check the pool for the initial salt concentration. Since I used lots of bleach to remove the Baquacil I ended up with too much salt. The Taylor kit read 6000...
