Well, we got 3 inches of rain in under an hour last night. My crystal clear pool now looks like this from runoff from the yard. What's the best way to deal with this? Keep the pump running 24/7 and the chlorine levels at shock levels or drain and refill?

Thanks. So your guess is that the bubbles were always there and it was just harder to see when my old single-speed pump was going full blast all the time? What do you think about the fact that I've got an air bubble at low speeds at the strainer basket that disappears at high speeds?

Interesting. I unplugged the IC40 and the bubbles did seem to subside after a minute or two. didn't stop completely but seemed to reduce in size and quantity. What does that mean?
