I'm wondering if it's possible to have the pump pull from two reservoirs: 1 of water and 1 of chlorine. This would dilute the chlorine going through the pump and increase its lifespan?

Per internet advice, I cut the o-ring. Cut off 1/4" and super glued the ends back together and worked perfectly!

Just replaced the stupid o-ring last summer. It's already stretched out and too big. Any way to jury rig this thing until I can get a new one in a couple days?

Unfortunately, yes - I do wish it was a dumb simple fix like that.

Was hard to tell because the water shoots out so fast but the leak was from the middle of the swivel. Appears that the swivels are just made like Crud. Polaris sent me new swivels under the warranty and first two I tried had the same problem. Third one finally did not leak from the middle...

Why not add liquid chlorine and a stabilizer and skip the multi-day Dichlor process? Or why not just add all needed Dichlor at the beginning?
