Hi, I have my pool covered for the winter and I realize that I am losing water somewhere, what do I need to do or will it be OK for it to lose water till next spring?

I did overnight and it just dropped 1 point. What is normal to drop for a day if hot and 5 to 6 people swimming a day?

Hi, it has rained about every day and it’s been 85 to 90 degrees and my CYA is 30 and my FC drops everyday 4 to 5 points is that normal . Al my other counts are good and I still maintain a CC 0 Thanks Kelly

Yes just hooked it up to start for the summer, I live in Illinois. It is 13 years old.

It was the pump and no, no one got hurt, it just got hot and smoked really bad and I was shut it off.

Hi, I just opened my above ground pool, and the water is nice and clear, looks great, went to turn my pump on and she blew up. I have a new one ordered but it won’t be until Thursday, so should I add any chemicals or just let it be till then. Thanks Kelly

I live central Illinois. I can not get a picture to come up, my iPad is not cooperating. I will keep trying. The pesty little bugs seem to just come out durning the day and if you put a float or noodle in the pool they seem to go straight to them and crawl all over them.

My pool is right off my patio with a cake stand steps and the other side you can not enter because it is above ground. So I'm looking for something that is pool entry ( my pool is 40 feet long that you can basic entry in)

I don't think that the bugs I have are the backswimmers. The bugs in my pool look more ants and the bite or sting you.

I will try to get a picture but it will have to be tomorrow because they are just out in the day.

Hi, I have a lot of bugs that look like ants (small to large ones) in the pool. I don't know if they actually sting or bit but they hurt and leave welts. My pool tests are where they should be. I didn't know if there is something I can put in the pool to get rid of them? Thanks Kelly
