    Amazon Alexa and Intellicenter

    Chatted with Amazon a couple of days ago. They say that it is back in the hands of Pentair developers, with no delivery date, as of yet. Between Pentair and Amazon, you'd think that it would have gone through thorough testing before installing it. Guess not.

    Petair skill for Alexa is showing up now (was removed for a few months). Not yet linking correctly

    I see the Screenlogic skill is showing up on the Alexa app tonight. Still don't see the Intellicenter skill showing though. Hope you can get your's working. And, hopefully they get all of them fixed and back up soon.

    I see that the Pentair Screenlogic skill is available again. Has anyone seen the Intellicenter skill back up yet? I can't find that one. Does the Screenlogic skill work with Intellicenter?

    Well, Alexa has disappeared once again. She says "Sorry, the Alexa Skill is no longer available", and she's right! I hadn't even had a chance to figure out all of the commands.

    Our Pentair Intellicenter Skill is working, when the web client is up. If we ask pentair chat to "turn the feature on", she doesn't understand. But, if we say "turn on the feature", it works. Found that we also have to call the feature what it is named in the circuit configuration. Everything...

    Just tried to talk to Alexa, to control the pool. Nothing! She says "Sorry, something bad happened, please try again later". Logged into the intellicenter. com website, and they seem to be down......AGAIN. We usually control the pool from the app via "local" which works fine. Am I assuming...

    Thanks. Saw that same website, but not how to change the light color/mode. She says "okay", but color/mode does not change. Thought I might be saying it wrong, but tried everything I can think of with no results.

    Okay, with the Pentair Intellicenter Skill, how do I ask Alexa to change my light color/mode? I tried "Ask Pentair Chat to change lights to <American> mode". She said "Okay", but the mode didn't change. Any suggestions??? Still trying to learn how to talk to her. Thanks, PC

    EDIT: Problem solved. We had to have a faulty circuit breaker, on the panel, replaced (this was done after linking to Alexa). Reboot evidently didn't take. 2 hours later, after chats with Amazon (to no avail), rebooted again. This time it rebooted properly and we're back in business. 2 hours...

    Alexa Intellicenter skill was working last night...Today, Alexa says "Sorry, I'm having trouble accessing your Pentair Intellicenter Skill right now". Did something change? Anyone else having trouble?

    The New Alexa skill is up and running. We have not tried all functions yet, but those we have seem to be working appropriately.

    Pentair IntelliCenter Review and Information

    Ron, We just changed our light/waterfall schedule to start at sunset and end 45 minutes later. It allowed the change on the "local connect", but didn't want to take it on the "remote connect" on the app. We couldn't even open the schedules on the Web Client...so must have been something to do...

    Pentair IntelliCenter - Egg Timers not Working - Am I doing this right?

    The Website is back up tonight, but now can't open schedules to edit. Had to go to iOS app to make a change. Got an email from Pentair, today, saying they are working on the issues, and asking for patience.
