Been struggling to get a pick that doesn’t have shadows that mess up the look at how clear it is. Here’s one from this morning... you can see that the wind is making all kinds of ripples.

@nityntiy, looks like you need to follow the SLAM process as Marty says. Need to get your FC up to 16 and hold it there until you pass OCLT. If you get it blue in the meantime but don’t follow the process you’ll be battling this all season.

If you check things out around here, you’ll see that flocculant can cause a number of issues and that Phosphates aren’t really a problem if you have your chemistry right, and this forum is the place to learn how to do that easily (though it may take a bit of patience). So - Welcome to TFP...

Hey Burk, we need a bit more information. Can you let us know what type of pool you have and the size and fill that information out in your signature? Also, where did these test numbers come from? A pool store? Many times their machines are inaccurate for various reasons.

Keep up the SLAM, the process definitely works and will get it clear. You need to get your chlorine up to SLAM level and keep it there. make sure your filter is clean, many times this is the last element that people think about. Use the pool math app to determine what you need to bring your CYA...
