Jim, thanks I decided to go with the 35300 got a pretty good deal on it, its more than I need but I like the idea of having more options than I need for down the road and I picked it up for $35.00 than I could have gotten the 25300 complete for.

Can anyone tell me the difference in the 25300 & 20000, other than the 23500 includes the P1353ME timer included, does the PE20000 include the breaker bus? I only ask cause it seems that I can buy the 2 pieces separately cheaper than buying together with the 23500.
