20K gal, IG Plaster. Originally built by Anthony Pools in the 1970's. Replastered early 2000's. 2" suction and return lines. Attached spa (with Ortega valves located in below grade box near spa). Skimmer with internal diverter valve for bottom drain. PoolSafe motorized cover.
Relocated new pool equipment: Hayward SP2300VSP pump, 50 sq ft Sta-Rite DE filter, Sta-Rite heater, installed by me ~2010), CircuPool SWCG a few years later. Upgraded to 6 SunStar panels and auto-controller in 2023.
