New member here! Need help wiring double smart switch in single gang for pool lights

See photos attached. I think i'm missing the neutral wire. As I see it (and I may be way off base): Black = Live wire Blue = Load Yellow = Load Green = Neutral How can I pull a neutral wire to this box? Thanks!
