Vinyl Liner Pool Build in PA

Pool build portion is finally finished. Deck poured, fence installed and closed yesterday. Now we have lots of landscaping to work on and the family cannot wait until spring. By the time it was filled we only were able to get in a few times. Glad we built in the fall though so everything is done...

Thanks Jimmy, we are getting a mesh safety cover installed. I am still hoping to talk them into sealing it before then.

Vinyl Liner Pool Build in PA

Have a question I am hoping someone can help me with. The pool builder added foam between the paver coping and concrete deck. I asked when it would be caulked. He said they would come back at opening to clean that joint and caulk. My concern is isn't the caulk there to prevent water from getting...

    Help picking coping color

We are in the process of building a pool with the same liner and steps. We went with a charcoal gray paver coping. The steps don't seem to stand out at all. Our deck is being poured next week. Just had the coping installed on Monday. We are extremely happy with how it looks.

Grey or Tan? Can’t decide it.

I agree with l1ltaral1l. We couldn't be happier with our grey mosaic liner choice. But it isn't going to have that white sand beach look. However, our yard gets full sun almost all day as well. On sunny days it does have that turquoise caribbean look. But on overcast days and in the evening it...

Vinyl Liner Pool Build in PA

Thank you! We struggled with the same decision as well. I am sure you will be happy either way as they both create great shades of water colors. In the end, we preferred something a bit darker. That is why we went with the Grey Mosaic.

Vinyl Liner Pool Build in PA

Actually, our liner has been installed. Just haven't had a chance to update progress. We LOVE the liner and the shades of color we get at different times of the day. Since my last update, liner has been installed and PB has prepped to have footer poured for our paver coping. Inspector coming...

New Vinyl Liner Double Roman in the Lehigh Valley, PA Area

Just curious, looks like your yard is on a bit of a slope. Ours is as well. How did your pool builder bring up the low side to pool level? Did they do anything additional on that side for supporting the concrete deck?

Vermiculite bottom- does this look right?

Yes, they were off my phone. You definitely see any areas of imperfections at night when the lights are on so it would be a good idea to have the builder fix areas you feel need to be.

Vermiculite bottom- does this look right?

Our pool bottom was just done about a week ago. Here is what it looked like. It was relatively smooth as Pool_Medic said above. Our pool builder went in and worked on any obvious indentations or imperfections prior to putting the liner in.

Need pictures please of Cobalt Lake/ Grey Mosaic or Natural grey! Pretty please.

We just had the liner in our pool installed Friday. We struggled with the decision to go with a gray liner but couldn't be happier. Ours is the Latham Gray Mosaic with border. The colors you get during the day in sun and shade with this liner are awesome! We do not regret our decision one bit.
