I have four brand new OEM Pentair R173573 cartridges. They fit the Clean and Clear Plus 320 sq. ft. filter. These sell anywhere from $75-100 each online. Would take $200 for all four shipped.

We just opened up a couple weeks ago. This is from the day we opened.

The border is definitely shades of gray, not white. I think the glare from the sun in the picture makes it look that way.

Pool build portion is finally finished. Deck poured, fence installed and closed yesterday. Now we have lots of landscaping to work on and the family cannot wait until spring. By the time it was filled we only were able to get in a few times. Glad we built in the fall though so everything is done...

Have a question I am hoping someone can help me with. The pool builder added foam between the paver coping and concrete deck. I asked when it would be caulked. He said they would come back at opening to clean that joint and caulk. My concern is isn't the caulk there to prevent water from getting...

Had some progress over the last two weeks. Had our paver coping installed and the concrete deck was poured yestered. Things are coming together. Now on to final grading and fence.

We are in the process of building a pool with the same liner and steps. We went with a charcoal gray paver coping. The steps don't seem to stand out at all. Our deck is being poured next week. Just had the coping installed on Monday. We are extremely happy with how it looks.

I agree with l1ltaral1l. We couldn't be happier with our grey mosaic liner choice. But it isn't going to have that white sand beach look. However, our yard gets full sun almost all day as well. On sunny days it does have that turquoise caribbean look. But on overcast days and in the evening it...

Thank you! We struggled with the same decision as well. I am sure you will be happy either way as they both create great shades of water colors. In the end, we preferred something a bit darker. That is why we went with the Grey Mosaic.

Actually, our liner has been installed. Just haven't had a chance to update progress. We LOVE the liner and the shades of color we get at different times of the day. Since my last update, liner has been installed and PB has prepped to have footer poured for our paver coping. Inspector coming...

Just curious, looks like your yard is on a bit of a slope. Ours is as well. How did your pool builder bring up the low side to pool level? Did they do anything additional on that side for supporting the concrete deck?
