    Grass against pool coping

Hello, I have an old cement pool. I have grass alongside one side of the pool to save money on decking. Is there any structural issue by going this route as I know ground moves and pushes on the pool. In the case of grass vs. deck there is no flexible joint in between the coping and the...

Expansion Joint Pool Coping and Deck

Thanks I'll look into that. Do I also need foam? My old pool had this white piece of board between pool beam and deck, was ugly but did the job. So my question is the joint sealant enough or do I need foam first

    Pool Coping

Yeah, I hear you. Thanks for the answer. My problem is that it's already installed so do I pay big bucks to remove it and do the grout properly or just grout it now with the idea that some grout is better than none...Or will it just come loose or worse crack the pool over time. I am doing...

    Skimmer installation

I’ll have to dig to see how it is incased. I guess my dilemma now is to rip it out or not as the current pool contractor is telling me water is getting in by the plastic behind the concrete and hollowing out the wall, the wall is hollow right now under the skimmer
