I had mustard algae growth and did a SLAM. I passed the OCLT this morning and have now raised the FC to the mustard algae level. My CYA is 30 so I have raised the FC to 18 for the next 24 hours. Question is, is it safe for the kids to swim today at a FC level of 18? Thank you!

No. Their skin will not melt off or anything but eye and skin irritation may occur. Also bathing suits will be faded.
At SLAM level FC (for you 12 ppm) it is safe to swim.
