High salt levels after treating for algae

In the past month I have slammed the pool twice for what I suspect is algae, both times for 3 days , 1st time just bleach , 2nd time bleach and algaeside .
Water was clear but my FC was coming in low again. Now the salt generator is saying high salt and my Tayler salt kit also says it’s high salt but I haven’t added any , would the algae side chemical cause this?

current levels
FC 9
Cc 0
Alk 90
Cal 300
Cya 65

How much liquid chlorine did you add during your SLAMs?

Every gallon of LC you used added 3.7 ppm of salt to your pool.

BTW, your CYA is 70. We round up.

The LC added as much salt as 3 to 4 40lb bags of salt.

If the 400,000 btu/hr is on, the temperature in the cell will go up by about 17 degrees and the cell current will go up by a lot.

If the cell current hits 8.0 amps, the high salt light will come on and shut off the cell.

Added the bromide per my pool builder tech but we got the calculations wrong
Did your pool builder tech intend to turn your pool in to a bromine pool? Because you have a significant enough bromide bank now that your pool is no longer a chlorine pool. Which does explain the decreasing chlorine bromine levels, since bromine is not protected from sunlight by CYA it's burning off quickly.

80 gallons of 12.5% LC would add 366 ppm of salt.

What was the salinity reading before adding the liquid chlorine?

I would not add any more sodium bromide because it is going to cause you nothing but problems.
