I re- did the pool waterline tile myself and my tile will not stop falling off. I have read maybe its because I used grout/thin-set on the line in between the waterline tile and the concrete coping? Please help me!
I cannot tell from the pics you posted what the construction of your deck is and where the expansion joint should be. If it is cantilevered then the expansion joint under the coping should not be filled with grout. The pool and the deck need to be able to move independently.
