Can't get rid of worm larvae.

A little over 2 weeks since opening and still cannot rid pool of worm larvae. Pool had leave and tree debris, bugs, mosquitoes and now water is clear, did a filter deep clean over the weekend and must have flushed 25 gals through till water was clear and all debris was gone. Saturday night pool looked great, no debris / larvae on bottom, Sunday morning its back. Since I have no idea where they are coming from the next thought is to replace all the sand.

The other issue is my numbers. Did overnight test Sunday night FC was 26 and in the morning 25, added chlorine, brushed and left for work, Temp on Monday was lower/mid 80's, came home and FC was 14. Added chlorine, brushed and tested. Tested after dark and FC was 30, this morning FC 29, got home and it was 12. Temp today was low 80's. Below are the numbers that have been fairly consistent. Pump has been running non stop.

Just not sure what our next step is, the larvae collects in an 8" area.

What does this work larvae look like? I suspect they are bloodworms where are actually the larva from midges (kind of like gnats). They lay their eggs in still water, like a mosquito. Do you have any standing pools of water, or stagnant spots in your pool? Your FC should kill anything before it gets from egg to larvae, but if you have some pockets that are not getting treated, maybe they are laying eggs there, they hatch, and then when they get into the pool proper, the FC kills them.
 
Your chlorine is all over the place. Why are you running it so high? Your SLAM level is only 20 - you are going to damage your liner if you keep this up.

Are there trees that hang over your pool? Wondering if these things are falling off the trees, since they congregate in specific spots.

At any rate, I would SLAM your pool (properly) for a few days, hopefully killing anything preparing to hatch. Keep pump going 24/7, and run your auto cleaner often, cleaning it out each time.
