Just got my first pool at the end of the season last year, so I don't have a lot of experience. We got in the pool once just so we could say we did, it was absolutely freezing.
I was wondering if it would be okay to put the solar cover on for a week or so before I start opening the pool? Would this hurt the liner that will be showing? Right now water is below skimmer and return. Sun hits the pool for a good part of the day. I've peeked at the water and it looks pretty good for closing for my first time. Pool water temperature is around 45-50°
Temperature is still all over the place, but I'm really wanting to open the last week of April.
