After several days of 0 degree temps here in Tx and rolling black outs in Feb, I was finally able to obtain plumbing parts to fix the known breaks and turn the power back on. When we realized the black outs were going to be sustained (several hours at a time), I flipped the breaker at the box to protect the pump. Unfortunately, the pool light, equipment light etc. works, but the pump display doesn't show power getting there. I'm hoping this is a relay issue and not a blown pump (pentair intelliflo vs+svrs pump). Second hope is the capacitor on the pump needs to be replaced, or something else fairly inexpensive. Any recommendations on how I should trouble shoot at the Jandy Aqualink RS box. I don't suppose I could switch the pool light relay for the pump relay to test? Have not taken the panel off the box yet...just thought of this at work today and will try tonight. Would appreciate any other tips.
