Gunnite pool plumbing repairs needed

Hello TFP members,

I have an older gunnite pool that's in need of minimally return line help, and possibly skimmer line as well.

Is it better to attempt to repair the lines or replace?

If replacing flexible or rigid?

How deep for new lines?

Use existing return holes or create new?

Any referrals to upstate ny pros welcomed!

I did my own skimmer replacement, probably spent $250 total. However gotta have a power hammer to break away the concrete around the old skimmer, some hydraulic cement, epoxy and you're good to go, takes a few days without help or any experience.

I redid all my plumbing also, I was going to rent a coring press to drill bigger returns, but just worked the old returns with the power hammer and made them about 2 inch big, inserted 1.5 lines and packed hydraulic cement into the hole on both the inside of the pool wall and outside the pool wall.
