Welcome Back Spring The other day at work an ordinary robin caught my eye. Normally seeing a bird standing there wouldn’t catch my eye however this was the first robin of the year I’ve seen. My father-in-law always used to say that it is the first robin that would signal the start of Spring. We all made an effort to call him and let him know that we’ve seen one as it would always perk his interest. Shortly after that first robin sighting his attention would almost always turn to his swimming pool. The pool is a gathering spot for the family every summer and it’s very common for there to be just about every grandkid and their friends in the water with him sitting under his umbrella enjoying an adult beverage enjoying every second of it. Seldom did he ever worry about the quality of the water as he knew it was all under control. This is what TFP strives for. We push ourselves to teach you how to maintain your pool so you can enjoy the quality time with friends and family and put the stress of maintaining the pool out of your head. This year’s swim season will be a hard one for us as he passed on this January however every one of us in the family are greatly looking forward to sitting there by the pool watching the kids play, as we know that’s exactly what he would want us to be doing.

This year is also an exciting one for TFP as we’re proud to introduce our newly redesigned website. I’m sure many of you will remember last year we had a challenge where our users donated a very generous amount of funds to our website. These donations would allow TFP to not only remain advertising free for some time, but we also knew we could do some great things with these donations. We were able to redo almost every part of the website to make it more modern and user friendly for our users. These updates allowed TFP to really improve the visual appearance of the website while still allowing us to really focus on our commitment of assisting users maintain their pools. It is to our great excitement to invite you back to TroubleFreePool.com this year, we hope you like it.

What's New?

Pool Math This winter we’ve done some updating of our PoolMath App and we’re excited to bring new tools to pool owners. Now that users have a ton of data about their pools we had set out to start to display this information in a form where users can start to learn just what their pool is doing. Users now have a tool that will show users how much chemicals they’re using, showing users how often they’re testing, plus a snapshot just what their test results are looking like. In version 3 we’re starting to take all the data you’ve saved and we’re starting to now summarize it for you to learn from. One of the first questions I kept asking myself was “how much chlorine did I use last year?” Well now I’m easily able to answer that question using new features in PoolMath.
