Hi, Amazing board!! You have saved me hundreds of $$$ and it was so easy after the first few weeks. Now, what can I do with these stupid tri-chlor pucks? I bought them before Pool School and haven't used them mainly due to my CYA being pretty high all season. In the 90's then 70's and now about 60. Should I throw them into a floater when I close the pool this week or throw them out? I plan on starting the shock tonight for a Thursday close. Thanks!! Joan

Thanks! I will store for next summer. One more question. I have 10 bags of Bio Guard Maintain Burnout 35 Lithium Hypochlorite. Here's my numbers for a closing Thursday:
Chlorine 4.5 Free chlorine 0 Alkalinity 60 (Too low for closing?) Temperature 68 Ph 7.5-7.8 CYA 45 Calcium 220
Can I use this stuff for my shock to close? Thanks!!!
Joan
