Pool booster pump dead?

So I switched to a robot cleaner about a month ago. However it already has to go in for repair so I dropped my crippled Polaris back in the water.

Firing up the booster pump with my controller I don't hear any noise or feel anything on the return pipe for the pump after about a second.

The polaris never starts moving.

The pump worked a month ago but now it seems dead ?
