My Zodiac MX8 works perfectly, until it gets to the walls, Then it turns onto it's back and just lay there. Tracks turning, but going nowhere. Can anybody help?

Everything I quickly Googled indicates you need to increase the suction. I do not own this cleaner so I can not provide much more information. Here is a thread where this issue is mentioned. The Zodiac MX8 Suction Side Cleaner
do you have the float attached to the hose coming off the cleaner? it should be installed approx 18 - 24" up the first hose away from the cleaner. if you run the cleaner harder than the recom 2.5 (using their suction tester) then you will wear out the gears and cogs inside the machine.
Thanks for your reply. I checked the pressure, and that was in the range. It was one of my motors. I replaced both of them, and now it is running great again.
