My nickname is Woody. I come from Texas but currently live in a rural part of Michigan. I have had a couple of those popup pools for the kids last year graduated to a 24' round above ground with an sand filter freshwater system. I have designs of moving on up in a couple of years to large above ground but for now i am learning the ropes. The first year with the current model was great but this year I have been fighting mustard algae with the help of the TFP site and forum. I am winning the battle against this bugger thanks to you guys but now that i am in the home stretch i have a couple of questions so i am off to post in the right forum having read all the pool school that applies to my setup and situation.
