Cyanuric acid reducer

I got this in an email.Anyone heard of it?

A Google search for "Bio-Active CYA" returns a bunch of people here at TFP who have tried it and with only a few exceptions it doesn't work at all. For a few, it worked some, but mostly it doesn't work. We've tried things like making sure the pH is low and even trying lower FC levels to not prematurely stop the process, but we can't get it to work consistently or even much at all. Amazon reviews are generally poor as well.
