Hey everyone, my wife and I against my wishes moved into a house with a pool this spring. It has been a non-stop headache to get it going and since my wife is pregnant she can't really help with most of it, lifting and chemicals and all, I'm am doing it by myself or trying to lol... I finally got a pretty good grasp on it now but could use some pointers here and there. It is fun to float around when the suns out just getting frustrated with all the repairs.

LOL! Yeah, you think that pool is a lot of work??? HA!

Welcome to TFP!

Once you get it figured out and under control TFPC maintenance is quick, easy, cheap and effective. It just takes some time and practice to get it figured out.

Do you have one of the Recommended Test Kits? I use the TF100 from tftestkits.net.

Here are some of my fave Pool School articles to get you started

Here are the Recommended Pool Chemicals and how to add them.

Welcome. Congrats on your new bundle yet to arrive!
